How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Athletesshoes Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Athletesshoes Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work at your property went badly, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Note that Athletesshoes Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@athletesshoes.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
